Photos and project images

Photos you send us during the quoting process are used to assess scope. We may, on completion of a job, take our own photos of finished work for our records and, with your express permission, for use on our website, social media or marketing material. We will never publish identifying property details (full address, owner name) without your consent.

How we store and protect it

We store personal information securely in cloud-based systems and physical records. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. These steps include password-protected systems, restricted internal access, and encrypted communication where appropriate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we do our best to apply industry-standard protections.

We retain personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with our legal and tax obligations, and resolve any disputes.
