Most of our Hills District work is volume trade caulking. We work with project home companies on new build bathrooms and kitchens, with apartment developers on multi-unit handover, and with commercial fit-outs across the Norwest business park and Castle Hill shopping precincts. Volume work is priced per linear metre with negotiated rates for ongoing programs. We schedule around the build, supply all compliance documents, and finish to a consistent standard across every unit in a building.
