Elie founded Seliecone after fifteen years on the tools across residential, commercial and construction sites in Sydney. The business runs on one principle: every job is done to the same standard, whether it is a single bathroom in Mosman or a thirty-unit handover in Parramatta. Full strip of failed silicone. That standard sounds obvious. It is not, in practice. Most tradespeople rush the prep because it is the unbillable part of the job. Most use the same tube of silicone on every substrate because they have not been trained on the chemistry. We do not. Every job carries the same disciplined approach, and that is why builders, strata managers and homeowners keep coming back.

Old silicone is always removed completely before new is applied. Skipping this step is why most remedial work fails inside two years. We refuse to do it.
We turn up when we say we will. Builders use us because we do not hold up a site. Homeowners get an arrival window, not a vague “morning”.
Soudal, Pasco, Ardex and Maxisil. Mould-resistant in wet areas, UV-stable outdoors, fire-rated where it is required. Right product for every substrate.
